令和2年度以降（第9次規制計画）木曽川水系（下流）砂利等の採取に関する規制計画書が定められた事により令和4年7月に木曽三川御囲堤砂利採取事業協同組合を設立しました。

　河道掘削は国土強靱化計画の一環であり、その中で木曽川中流域における二十数年ぶりに木曽川下流域での砂利採取解禁は民間活用を含めた解禁とされています。貴重な地域資源である「木曽砂」を安全にそして安定的に供給できるよう限りある天然資源を最大限に有効活用できるよう、関係機関などと連携したなかで、社会貢献していく所存です。

Establishment of the Kiso Sansen Oikotei Gravel Extraction Cooperative Association

Following the enactment of the gravel extraction regulation plan for the Kiso River system (lower reaches) under the 9th Regulation Plan from FY2020 onward, the Kiso Sansen Oikotei Gravel Extraction Cooperative Association was established in July 2022.

Riverbed excavation is part of Japan’s National Resilience Plan, and the lifting of the ban on gravel extraction in the lower reaches of the Kiso River—after more than two decades—is positioned as a strategic move that includes private sector involvement.

As “Kiso sand” is a valuable regional resource, we are committed to contributing to society by ensuring its safe and stable supply. We aim to make the most effective use of this limited natural resource through close collaboration with relevant organizations and stakeholders.
